Wake up to the crisp mountain air and begin your day with a wholesome breakfast. Today is all about exploring the cultural heart of Bhutan.

Visit the iconic Buddha Point (Kuenselphodrang), offering panoramic views of the valley, followed by the serene National Memorial Chorten. Dive into Bhutanese traditions at the Folk Heritage Museum and Simply Bhutan, and spot the unique national animal at the Takin Preserve Centre. End your sightseeing with a visit to the grand Tashichho Dzong and a peaceful stop at Sangaygang View Point.

As the day winds down, enjoy a relaxed evening soaking in the calm and charm of Thimphu.

After breakfast, begin your journey towards Punakha, driving through the breathtaking Dochula Pass. On a clear day, enjoy panoramic views of the Himalayan ranges and the iconic 108 chortens that make this pass truly special.

Descend into the warmer valleys of Punakha and check in to your hotel. Later, explore the stunning Punakha Dzong, beautifully set at the confluence of two rivers, followed by a visit to the charming Chimi Lhakhang and the iconic Punakha Suspension Bridge. Take a moment to soak in the peaceful village surroundings before heading back.

After breakfast, drive towards Paro, passing through scenic valleys and river landscapes along the way. En route, visit the historic Simtokha Dzong, one of Bhutan’s oldest fortresses.

On arrival in Paro, check in to your hotel and begin exploring the valley. Visit Ta Dzong, home to the National Museum, and the impressive Rinpung Dzong, known for its intricate architecture. You can also stop by Tamchog Lhakhang, set against a picturesque iron bridge.

Wrap up the day with a relaxed evening in Paro, surrounded by mountains and calm.

Start your day early for one of Bhutan’s most iconic experiences — the hike to the legendary Tiger’s Nest Monastery (Taktsang). Perched dramatically on a cliffside, this sacred site offers not just breathtaking views, but a deeply spiritual atmosphere that stays with you long after.

The hike is rewarding at every step, with stunning vistas and peaceful surroundings. After exploring the monastery, return to Paro and unwind after an enriching day.

After breakfast, head out for a scenic excursion to Chelela Pass, one of the highest motorable points in Bhutan. Surrounded by untouched forests and prayer flags fluttering in the wind, the views from here are nothing short of magical — on clear days, you can even spot Mt. Jomolhari in the distance.

Later, begin your journey back to Phuentsholing. Arrive by evening, check in, and enjoy your final night in Bhutan at leisure.
